About the products
What sizes do you offer?
Our t-shirts and hoodies are available in sizes XXS to 3XL. Detailed size guides are on each product page.
How are your products made?
All Goosebumps Co. apparel is printed on demand in the UK by Inkthreadable, using Stanley/Stella organic-cotton base garments. Printing on demand means we don't carry unsold stock or send anything to landfill, and producing in the UK keeps shipping emissions low.
How long does shipping take?
Each item is made to order, so there's a short production window before your item ships.
- Production: 3–5 working days from order
- UK delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (1–2 working days after dispatch)
- Total UK turnaround: typically 5–7 working days from order to doorstep
You'll receive a Royal Mail tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
About our mission
Is 10% of profits really going to cleanups?
Yes. Every quarter we publish a transparent breakdown of revenue, profit, and the proportion donated to cleanup, water-testing, and partner organisations. Read more on our Our Purpose page.
How do you choose which organisations to support?
We support UK-based river trusts, surfing and swimming charities, and citizen-science groups working on water quality. We prioritise smaller, regional groups doing on-the-ground cleanup and testing work alongside the larger national campaigns.
Can I volunteer at a cleanup?
Yes — sign up to our newsletter at checkout or via the homepage to hear about cleanups in your area as we organise them.
Returns and support
What's your returns policy?
Because items are made to order, we accept returns only for faulty or misprinted items. If something arrives wrong, email us within 14 days and we'll sort it.
